Judges may be transferred from one High Court to another by the President after consulting the Chief Justice of India -LRB- article 222 -RRB- . राष्ट्रपति भारत के मुख्य न्यायमूर्ति से परामर्श करने के बाद न्यायाधीशों को एक उच्च न्यायालय से दूसरे उच्च न्यायालय को स्थानांतरित कर सकता है .

The service conditions of those serving in the Audit and Accounts Department and the administrative powers of the Comptroller and Auditor-General are to be laid down by the President by rules framed after consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor-General . लेखापरीक्षक तथा लेखा विभाग में सेवा करने वाले व्यक्तियों की सेवा की शर्तें और नियंत्रक-महालेखापरीक्षक की प्रशासनिक शक्तियां ऐसी होंगी जो नियंत्रक-महालेखापरीक्षक से परामर्श करने के बाद राष्ट्रपति द्वारा बनाए गए नियमों के अनुसार निर्धारित की जाएं .

Judges of the High Court were appointed by the President after consultation with the Chief Justice of India , the Governor of the State and in case of appointment of all judges other than the Chief Justice , the Chief Justice of the High Court . अनुच्छेद 217 में कहा गया है कि भारत के मुख्य न्यायमूर्ति से , उस राज्य के राज्यपाल से और मुख्य न्यायमूर्ति से इतर सभी न्यायाधीशों की नियुक्ति की दशा में , उस उच्च न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायमूर्ति से परामर्श करने के बाद , राष्ट्रपति उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीशों की नियुक्ति करेगा .
